Worst customer service ever. They will charge you so much but do the job half-heartedly. They don't clean your entire carpet and won’t tell you that they won’t clean underneath the furniture. We were willing to carry the furniture for them and move the furnitures to make their job easier. They still said no to the concern. Ridiculous. We asked them nicely if they could go back and do a better job at their service but Steve and his manager refused after being paid. If you want quality and proper customer service, go find another company who cares about their clients.

If you're looking to get your carpet cleaned, don't come here. This company was paid upfront to clean ONE bedroom. They only cleaned around the furniture. When asked if they could clean underneath the bed, we even offered move the bed for him, they flat out refused to do it. It's expensive and not worth your while - go spend your money elsewhere.Recommendation to the company: All your clients ask of you is to do the job that you were paid to do. You didn't tell the client that you don't clean under the furniture - that is on you, not on the paying customer. Don't cheat your clients.

This company needs to understand the fundamental foundations of client service and overall operations.They do not inform their clients that they will not removing furniture and when the furniture is removed by client they choose to still not clean those part .I do not recommend in anyway or form to get in touch with this company . Stay away .. it’s all about the money !
