I called them to help us find out where the shut off valve of the house was located. Rod Arrived right on time, did a professional job and was easy to deal with.

I was enjoying my morning when I heard one of their employees screaming at this little lady on my street. When I called the company to inform them, my call was met by Rod (owner) who started the conversation off by yelling at me and asking me why I care. I don’t know because it’s disturbing the street, it’s easy to see why the employees act like that if that’s how the owner talk’s to potential future customers. Honestly I’ve never experienced anything like it. I wouldn’t do business with them if they paid me!

Fantastic service. Clean, professional and very knowledgeable.Came next morning of my call, and in no time all was fixed. Changed the pressure tank and fixed our messy and rusty old installation that was there for 10 years for a new one. I am very happy with his work. Thank you!

I called Dominon for emergency services as my tenant's shower faucet was spraying water, requiring shutting the water for the whole building. From the first interaction, he seemed upset that I would dare call him, very rude and short with me. Got to my property and was just as rude to my tenants. Instead of putting shut-off valves to the shower he just capped the lines. Which just seems lazy to me. He was there for 30 minutes and charged me for the full hour at $90/hr. and $50 worth of material. (It was also double time because it was after hours, which is fine. But I ended up paying 4x the amount of time he was there.) Overall, just not happy with the lack of professionalism. If you don't want to go out to work after hours, don't be an emergency plumber. Will not be calling them again.

I was really impressed by several factors.First they were easy to get a hold of.Second they did a fast and efficient job.Third they checked the work I had already started and then completed some of the finishing touches above and beyond what I had asked.You can tell they take pride in their work.I would call them back in a heartbeat!
