My husband parked in a handicapped parking spot at my son's school as my child is disabled. He got back to our van to find a truck and trailer from your company blocking him into the handicapped spot. Those spots are for accessibility and it's illegal to block those. My husband spoke to the man driving the truck and he said you can drive around us" and so my husband had to drive onto the sidewalk to get out of his spot. Perhaps employees need to be versed on accessibility and appropriate places to park when they're on site"

Great experience would definitely recommend and also use again. Everyone was great at communicating from order to set up and take down. A bonus is we got the bouncy castle set up at 8am so the kids had extra time with it before the birthday party.

From booking to party time, Bounce Guys was so professional and courteous. We just celebrated my daughters 8th birthday and used a large bouncy castle in our backyard. The set up was perfect and truthfully the cost was very reasonable. We were able to have a longer and better birthday party then we could have at any physical location in London. I would highly recommend them for your event.

Our experience with Bounce Guys was great! Communication was excellent, set up/take down was a smooth process. They even came back on a 2nd trip with extra padding/mats to keep everyone safe. Highly recommend!

We used the Bounce Guys for an event at our school for the end of the year, and we had an excellent experience! They were quick to respond to calls and emails, provided detailed quotes, showed up on time, and their staff was friendly and helpful during the event. Set up and take down was incredibly efficient. Would highly recommend!

My grand daughter had an ABSOLUTE BLAST with the smaller mushroom bounce castle. It was just the perfect size for a 4 year old. Rachel from Bounce Guys is amazing and GREAT communication. Will get from them again when we need one!!!

We have rented from Bounce Guys multiple times for our kids birthday parties.Hours of fun and so easy.Jeff and Rachel are so easy to get a hold of and answer all and any questions.The delivery crew is wonderful. They were overly nice to all our children and answered all their questions! And played with them too!They meet all their time lines and communication is great.Highly recommend!!!Can’t wait for next summers birthdays!
