Fuwa Fuwa Japanese Pancakes
Definitely an experience. The pancakes are very fluffy and thick, and fairly tasty. Toppings were good. Don't expect to just be able to drop in and go quickly though. I guess the old saying about good thinks and time apply. The coffee's (latte's) we had could have been hotter, but were good.

Fuwa Fuwa Japanese Pancakes
I have been here a few times and have tried a number of different dishes. They are all amazing. A little expensive but I'm willing to pay, they are delicious, of good quality and something different. Most times there is quite a wait. 20-25 minutes is reasonable and worth it. I drove in today from Leduc only to find an empty restaurant and a sign saying over 45 minute wait. I asked and they said there were many online orders. Thank you for the option to order online but there should be some consideration for the folks that go out of their way to come to your store. I unfortunately had to leave this time without ordering because I couldn't wait for an hour and possibly longer. Pictures are from a previous visit. Go ahead and try this place out, just be prepared to wait!

Fuwa Fuwa Japanese Pancakes
Arrived early today since I had a feeling that there would be a lineup. They were offering a free Souffle Pancake to the first 300 who arrived. Managed to be the 6th in line, waited outside for a bit but I dressed for the weather.Once I got inside though, I was surprised to see that they hadn't started making any pancakes. First ones to hit the skillet did so at 10:10am, they opened at 10am. Poor planning since they offered a free item. First set of pancakes wasn't delivered until 10:30am. Finally got my pancakes at 11:12am, a full hour after I ordered them.It should also be noted that they sell their Croffles for $6.99. Just went to Urban Planet Café yesterday and they sell their Croffles for$3.75!!! Exact same thing but Fuwa Fuwa over charges for their items.I'm thankful for the chance to try their Souffle Pancakes but honestly, I'm happy I did not have to pay for it. The unique nature of the item does not justify the cost of $12 for 2 traditional souffle pancakes. Once my pancakes arrived I did really like them. They were light, fluffy and very good. But again, for the price and the exceptionally long wait; I do not see myself returning.I can say they also have seating upstairs which I did not visit. But, everyone was waiting so they needed all the seats available to house everyone who had to wait. They also offer board games to play, which makes sense. You need something to do as you wait. But don't come here hoping for a quite place to read or study. The noise from the board games is quite loud.Highly recommend you check out Urban Planet Café instead.

Fuwa Fuwa Japanese Pancakes
I was excited to try this place but I have to agree with the previous reviews. Simply not worth it! We had the creme brulee and the blueberry cheese and all though the posted wait time said 25 minutes it actually took 35 minutes. The place was also quite dirty with most tables covered in garbage and the floors around the chairs covered in strawberry and blueberry sauces. The chairs were also covered in stains.Now the pancakes were actually pretty good but the long wait time, dirty restaurant, and high price of $35 for the two meals means we won't be back.

They have the most mouthwatering fluffy pancakes! It melts in my mouth! Great atmosphere with servers so happy to help you and make your stay enjoyable! My first visit was an awesome experience! Enjoy!

Fuwa Fuwa Japanese Pancakes
Amazing customer service! The owner greeted us right away and because it was our first time he talked us through the menu. The menu is simple but with many options. We played board games while we waited which was fun for my kid. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. It would be a great date spot or place to hangout with friends. Kids will love it too. All around wonderful place!

With your mindset and skills, I think your business will be successful. I did notice all the small details you put in the store that shows how much you care about customers and employee, and your maturity in handling conflicts. Fuwa Fuwa Japanese Pancakes
Marvelously fluffy Japanese pancakes with plethora of options to choose from are made from scratch for every order by the lovely staff members before your very eyes. We had the Nutella banana pancakes and the French toast, both incredibly fluffy and delicious. We really appreciated the sign informing guests how long it will take for the order to arrive on our table. Please note their amazing opening hours 11:00-22:00 seven days a week. Fuwa Fuwa means fluffy fluffy" and they mean business. Well done!"
