The Vandenberg House Event Venue

The Vandenberg House is a wonderful venue. We celebrated my partner’s 40th birthday there recently and had a fantastic time. Christiane was incredibly helpful and easy to deal with, she really made planning the event so easy. I would definitely recommend the venue and would absolutely hold another event there.

Our girls held a small intimate wedding here and Christiana, the owner was so helpful and accommodating, it truly was one of the best days of our lives. The wait staff were “on it.” They all worked hard to make the day special. Thank you!!! So much appreciated ❤️❤️❤️

Charming venue and a perfect place to host my baby shower! Christiane was so easy to work with and accommodated all our requests. The space itself was so versatile and it was easy to transform into our party vision. Unlike other venues in the city, the Vandenberg House was affordable and offered so many add on options to enhance the party. Christiane went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and was transparent about what was included from the start. I highly recommend and will likely return for my next event!

Thanks for choosing the most beautiful linen and dinnerware and for the loan of your sweet yellow flowers/pots-all which graced our table so elegantly. Plus, who could forget the rosette napkins?Thanks for the serving help which made our meal flow so smoothly. And, most important of all, thanks for preserving and cherishing Vandenberg House thus enabling our family to experience the intangible but lasting joy of making memories.

We held a party for our mother at the Vandenberg House. It was a perfect venue for the 20 of us who gathered. We were able to decorate the venue as we wished, the tables are a wonderful size so that people can will get up easily and mingle. Christiane and her team set out a lovely buffet from a local caterer and attended to the special needs of our honoured guest. We also used the AV equipment and everyone enjoyed watching a video tribute. We were so impressed with the place, the price and the staff that we have booked the venue for another event! One caveat, Christiane has been overwhelmed by demand so if she doesn’t respond to your email, text her and she will get right back to you!

Gorgeous space and the catered food was amazing. (and I am fussy about food!) I used this for a work training session because I was BORED of hotel rooms. This was so much more personal, and had a great vibe to it.

Our wonderful wedding planner, Kimberly from Envision Weddings + Events found the Vandenberg House 5 days prior to our wedding (due to our previous venue cancelling) and we thought it was perfect! Great central location, with an intimate and cozy charm. We had a very small ceremony and reception with 10 people total. Christiane was such a gracious event host, she always checked in and made sure we were comfortable, and she made sure we had everything we needed.We had such a great experience, the only thing is I wish we found this venue sooner!! The Vanderberg House is Toronto's best kept secret space for intimate gatherings; we hosted my best friends 30th birthday on November 11th 2022 and it was astonishingly breathtaking. We had a fantastic experience having an intimate family dinner at Vandenberg House. Our event was booked on very short notice and Christiane was amazing—she communicated with us every step of the way and helped everything run smoothly on the night of our dinner. The space is beautiful and her attention to every detail was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend using this venue!

cute venue abd great kitchen but its overpriced. Do not reccommended large events of more then20 as it gets super cramped and have limited amount of chairs and tables.They have only one washroomThey try to upsell on alchol.
