Isabella and Dani really went above and beyond helping my daughter and I... no size available ... no problem... they found and held us the perfect size at another location... these young women are sweet, kind and caring...!!!!!!! Winning

Overpriced. Didn't have what I was looking for (Angel Wings, of any colour). Add more stock people!! Huge store not alot of stock. One staff person dressed crazy but very friendly and helpful.

Animatronics brings this store alive. Friendly great service. So much to choose from. Plenty rooftop parking and street parking before 3 and after 7.

Cheap products, poor customer service and ripped off prices! Do not shop there!! We bought a boy costume size 12-14 for my 10 yrs old. We were in a hurry so we asked the return policy when purchased. We were told that we can exchange or refund before Oct21. We went back the very next day as we found out the costume was sheer thing and fitted like a toddler's. With the original receipt presented, we tried to exchange for a larger size, and guess what? They said no!! Reason? ! Because we have opened the package!!! We paid $34+taxes for a baby size costume which was labeled for big teen boys'. And we were stuck with it!! The two cashiers at the counter were very rude too !! Definitely no customer service and I didn't feel that they care at all. It's the worst experience I've ever had in my lifetime. I would recommend anyone to avoid purchasing from that place.

Just, awesome, never seen a spirit Halloween so nicely decorated and great friendly staff and very helpful, just only wished they had more friday the 13th decorations available like they do Halloween

Really great place for anything Halloween. You get all the costumes and decorations you need. This place is pricey though, I'd recommend to keep an eye out for their after sale.. the day after Halloween the whole store was 25% off. The day after that it was 50%. Great deals for next year.
