Collin was amazing to deal with, I cannot say enough good things! I was assisting my elderly father in navigating purchase and sale of properties which may require some financing the bank could not approve. He was patient, clear, honest, always working with my fathers best interest. His advise allowed us to line up my father's affairs with no need for financing. While things were moving in real time, Collin checked in for updates, with no skin in the game - he genuinely cared what was happening. In the end he saved my dad a lot of money and gained a client for life out of me. I would highly recommend Collin to anyone needing mortgage advice!!

Collin was fantastic at responding quickly to my questions regarding a lease hold mortgage. He was honest and transparent in recommending that I approach my current lender first. Our lender renewed our mortgage with a better interest rate, and I'm grateful for Collin's support in giving them a bit of a push in the right direction.
