This place is fantastic. Great selection, really good prices and fast shipping. I live in Toronto but I regularly buy stuff from Tistaminis because of this combination. Also, a lot of stores have a notify feature on their sites for when items get restocked. These guys are the only ones who have actually notified me! They're the total package.

First time in store, I was blown away by selection and prices! The staff were super friendly and helpful in finding what I needed. I will absolutely be back!

I've been a regular shopper for the past few years. I'm an out of towner that has visited the store a number of times (old location and current one). Great selection of hobby products. Recently got into Gunpla and was happy to find out they carry that too. A worker there who was very knowledgeable and passionate about Gunpla was super helpful. Also had Evangelion inspired frames for his glasses that made me envious.

3rd time I did an online order. Shipped the same day also fast shipping, always had a good experience specially my first time where they honoured a deal that was over but still on the website. I’ll be a returning customer for my online orders as they have a great selection of War games and hobby supplies

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!I have ordered 3 times online and twice they messed up my order and shipped the wrong product.The first time they sent the wrong product they only partially refunded the shipping to send the wrong product back and receive what I actually ordered costing me more money out of pocket. I forgave them as mistakes can happen. This took a call and 13 emails to be resolved. Plus their original solution was a discount and not to right their wrong.With my second order they actually got things right. Which made me think the first time was just a fluke and i was right to give them a second shot. That seems to not be the case.With my 3rd and final order from them they sent the wrong product yet again. Unlike the first time where I could understand the mistake as they were very similar product this time was straight up different and only the same in name. The product sent also costed 5 bucks less unlike the first one that costed the same. This one took a call and another 8 email to be resolved. So at least they improved in one regard. However their initial solution wasn't to right their wrong but to throw another discount at me.You can't trust them to actually send what you ordered. I would recommend staying away from the online store. The person they have sending out items has no clue what they are sending out as admitted by their customer service. Their customer service is frustrating to deal with and mostly provide excuses as I'm sure they will replying to this review.Highly advise staying away from them unless you are physically in the store and getting the items yourself.

Very clean place. I was impressed. I felt a little judged going in there being a 63 yr old woman by the owner. He gave me a look like what the h... are you doing here. Well I can buy presents right ??

Eh, nice staff but hugely inflated prices on the sports cards. A UD deck goes for $40 plus tax with is better than toys r us is $49. you can find the Tins for $34 and currently at a store in Burlington they’re only $25 a pop. Don’t even get me started on a blaster you can find for $24 and retail for 69 they’re 35 and 95 respectively here. People shop around and begin voting with your wallets!

Went in for the first time today, and was impressed with the selection and solid prices on Gunpla, but also had a couple complaints.1) The register is right next to the gaming tables. There were a lot of people playing, and it was really hard to hear the cashier over them. I assume it's fine on a slow day, but on a busy Saturday afternoon it's pretty rough.2) When I found what I wanted, there was nobody at the register. Staff don't seem to wear any kind of uniform, so I couldn't find anyone to flag down. Turned out the cashier was just helping someone in the back, but I felt awkward waiting at the register with no staff in sight. Not sure if it was just the one employee, but if so they seem under-staffed for the amount of people there.

They are mainly in shipping out their products but now they have a permanent store. They specialize in figurines but have some MTG, Pokemon, and YGO cards along with some board games. Cool staff and the layout is much bigger than it seems from the outside.

Friendly, incredibly helpful, and welcoming to new and experienced players alike. You haven't seen deals on miniatures like this anywhere else.
