Amala Pure Clean has been taking care of my short term rental suite since I started it 3 years ago. They have never missed one cleaning and the cleaning standard is consistent. Many of my guests were impressed by their good job. Since I don’t live in Victoria, it is very important to have someone reliable to look after my suite. The staff are also very polite and helpful. Amala share maintenance tips and the latest information from time to time regarding small business which I find very helpful. Amala is highly recommended.

I have had the pleasure of working with Amala Pure Clean since May 2019. Since then they have been taking care of my vacation rental property. My family and I were on a quick trip to Victoria to hopefully find a place for our daughter to live while she goes to Uvic in the fall. We quickly made the decision that we should perhaps look into purchasing a place instead of renting as we thought it would be worth considering vacay rentals while she was home for the summer and holidays. We just happened to walk past Ryan’s shop front and decided to go in as we were curious. I have never received such wonderful customer service then I have from Ryan. He not only took almost an hour to explain the area and local buildings to us, but he kindly showed us around his shop and explained to us how his business worked. Even though his shop was closing in 5 min! He was friendly, passionate, and extremely knowledgeable about the area and the industry. He quickly put our minds at ease about committing to the process and we put an offer on a unit in one of the buildings he had recommended to us. Since then he has been great at communicating and has answered any questions I have had. His professionalism and knowledge was such a great help and I’m very much looking forward to working with him on booking and running our vacation rentals in the future.
