I want to be sure that I'm commenting on the right Tim hortons ( The location is 83rd ave and 112th st)They are extremely efficient. They get an overwhelming amount of people in from the Hospital, the University and surrounding medical facilities as well as students who live near by.They work very hard. Are always polite, And never have an issue with cleaning a table or helping you with your order to your table.As a mom who visits the hospital across the street quite often, I'm always happy with the service here.

They really need more training on the self serve. I went to self serve to purchase a coffee. After they finally helped all five people in line after I ordered my coffee I finally asked where mine was and they said I never ordered it! I told them I ordered off the self serve and my name is still up there along with another guys name who just paid for two coffees and got one because he was too scared to speak up like I did. Finally I got my coffee, it was rushed and not made right.

Tims has nice employees working there and the food is always consistent. My issue is with the self order screens. They put these things in to increase revenue (customers will order more from a screen than a person) and to decrease overhead by having fewer employees. The problem is with customer orders increasing via the screens there aren't enough employees to both fill these orders and take orders from the people who stand in the line to order from a real-live employee.

I used the automated order kiosk and stood there waiting for my order for 10 mins while the lady just served other people there were 2 other people working and not one looked at the order screen. They werent even busy. I finally had to say something before I finally got my order. Whats the point of having those machines if they arent going to pay attention to them

Waiting for 8 minute before I'm told I have to wait another 6 minutes for my wedges....the the mean time I observe the lady picking out old scraps left over cold before she throws the rest in the garbage. If your gonna make me wait 14 minutes for wedges give me the fresh ones. All and all as a whole time Hortons is not the place it used to be, keeps going down hill with quality. Get your stuff together, cause right now 711 is better than you guys

New staff is friendly and they seem a lot more organized than previous staff. I placed a mobile order recently and had to wait 6 min while they made hash browns. Overall though, the food was great and they threw in an extra hash brown for my wait.

Maybe the best Timmies in the area. I have never been served bitter steeped tea that I can remember. The staff seem well trained and are fast at service too. Remember that it is still a basic product and nothing fancy. It outdoes some of the other franchise locations that will send you our the door with old as hell steeped tea that is unsuitable for other than cleaning your wheels on the car.

Tim Horton’s has gone down hill faster than Clark Griswold on a metal saucer...Coffee it mediocre and taste different every time. Sick and tired of their cups leaking all over my car.Every-time I order anything more than like 2 coffees they ask you to pull forward, and guaranteed they are going to get at least one coffee wrong.Their food is horrible quality.Last time I ordered a ham sandwich and they forgot to put ham on it. I really feel bad for the employees, they are set up for failure.They need to go back to the basics that got them there.Coffee, and in-house baked donuts.None of these muffins with mystery weird goo fillings.

Cute little location inside the mall in the food court. There's also self serve kiosk to pay instead of waiting in line. Lots of seniors go to this location.
