Pest Police

He asked me to write a review about his great and professional service. So I will.I called because I had been hearing scurrying in my attic and found a large enough hole in my cement wall in my garage. He came within 2 hours on a Saturday which was greatly appreciated (Over the phone I asked if there would be a price difference on the weekend... he said no). He showed up with a school bag of supplies and just started placing bait for my possible rat problem - Without discussing cost or strategy or finding (or even looking!!) where the rat / squirrel or animal may be coming in. We then went to the basement where he didn't put anything down because I already had rat poison out. Oh, and he installed 2 traps in my attic. After this was done he told me the price because it's the weekend and I came right away it's xx dollars" and said he would come back in a few days to see if they ate the bait. I asked if I could get a legit receipt (because I am a landlord and I too run a business) to which he agreed. He wrote me a handwritten receipt ... with Ottawa Pest Control Services scribbled at the top (I called a place called Pest Police I found online though...??) and no busines number / HST number. So in the end I got no real advice on how to get rid of them or where they are coming from

The service was fantastic. We have a few mice or rodent issues every few years, the pest control expert from pest police came in within 30 minutes of calling and setup some professional locked bait stations and informed me on the best locations and entry points. I now have a better manage on my office mouse problems. I decided to have them come back every month to check the activity and refill the bait stations. The monthly service was very reasonable and he gave me a discount as a first time customer. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to get rid of any unwanted visitors.
