Butchery!Had blood taken by male technician. He left a huge bruise the likes of which I've never experienced before.I can only guess that he inserted the needle with the beveled end point-side down (the incorrect way) and not only entered the vein, but punctured through the other side of it causing quite a bit of blood to travel into the surrounding skin.Two days later, it's still 3 cms. in size and ugly blue-green-purple.Avoid this tech. I know I will.On the plus side, reception was nice to me and the appointment was on time. So 2 stars instead of one.

The lady named Erin was at the reception to check in the customers . Very rude unprofessional and not welcoming at all. At least they should behave nicely with people. Because they are getting paid for the services and not giving the services for free.

I went to the lab without an appointment and even though it was very busy I was looked after pretty quickly. While I waited one of the technicians helped a very shy young girl and went out of her way to show her where she should go. I am so impressed when these busy people are so kind and helpful. The young girl that took my blood wasSo pleasant. Very nice experience!!

Extremely rude person asked me What group home does he live in?" when I escorted a gentleman there for bloodwork. Not only does the man live independently he was extremely upset when she posed the question. HIGHLY insensitive. Perhaps additional training or perhaps minding ones own business is required?"

Am hard of hearing, mostly deaf, and they are very understanding of that. They got me in and out quickly, kept people socially distanced, and I am one hell of an easy-bruiser. I didn't bruise at all, and had to visit them every two week for four separate visits. They also did an EKG, and all the information was up and ready to be read super quickly.I was grateful that the nurses were willing to gesture, or talk REALLY loudly, and one nurse even KNEW the sign for Yes

My very first visit to a life lab at Belleville.I have a phobia, and I also suffer from nerve damage on my left hand that was caused during a blood draw over a year and a half ago, so it's quite scary for me to go back for the blood test.Cindy was so kind and patient with me, she knew what she was doing, and I left the place knowing I could always go back to her when I needed my blood draw.Thank you so much, Cindy!!!
