Needed a mattress picked up urgently as ran out of space, booked for same day pickup and came exactly when they said they would and got a phone call 45 min before a arrival time. Great service and will use again if needed

Steven and another gentleman (I'm awful with remembering names) were so fast and efficient. The price was way less than I imagined it would be. Equip your force with latest equipment(DOLLIES)2. Give them shoe covers so they dont have to open shoes in clients house.3. My previous review was deleted. Nice knowing how you handle business.Expressing my extreme disappointment and frustration with the poor service I received from Just Junk SURREY. My experience with their junk removal service was nothing short of a nightmare.To begin with, the movers negligently struck our car (parked on the side) while attempting to maneuver their truck into the driveway. There was AMPLE of space for their truck to get into the driveway. This incident was not only an inconvenience but also caused damage to our vehicle. Shockingly, instead of taking immediate responsibility for their actions, the movers shamelessly claimed to have forgotten" they were driving a truck to have caused the accident. That is your literal job. Yes

They came on time and took 2 sofas and bunch of random garbage for under $200. Both gentlemen were friendly and efficient. I called another local removal place in White Rock and their estimate was a whopping $575. Almost TRIPLE the price. Don’t go there.

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with just junk surrey first off the guys where late to show up to the house. Then did not have proper equipment for the job and hade to ask to use my stuff.. I told them what to take and from where.. as I'm a small business owner I had to go do some stuff and was not there while they worked.When I returned everything seamed ok.but a few days later I noticed that a small kitchen sized garbage can that had me rv sewer hose and clean out hose was missing !It was not in area asked to be cleaned upI contacted the guy that came to do the work and asked him where it was and if the took it by accident he said they would not do that.I called the franchise owner (Howie) and said I know mistakes are made and the missing can was right by where they parked thier truck,he claimed that his guys did not take it and also they take many photos while loading and cleaning up but I have only been shown 1 pic of the truck full of garbage.He refuses to take responsibility that his employees may have mistakenly thrown it out and even suggested that someone cake down my 200' driveway and taken it but left behind power tools a chain saw and a gas weed eater motorcycles and full propane tanksJust to steal a white kitchen garbage can with a sewer hose in it ..Very poor excusesVery poor professionalismVery poor customer service..100% recommend not using just junk fraser Valley

These guys are amazing, I used them to remove old junk furniture that was very heavy along with a very heavy garbage mattress.I thought it was going to be expensive due to the weight but when the just junk guys showed up to quote and remove my garbage the price they gave me was considerably under budget with zero haggling. It was quick and fair.They acknowledged the items were heavy but didn’t complain and removed everything up a flight of stairs safely without damaging anything.They even cleaned up the area where I staged the junk for removal, left it looking better than it did before and took a large awkward cardboard box that wouldn’t fit in my recycle bin for me.I will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone for a quick, professional, cost effective junk / garbage removal.
