Saville Apartments

While visiting family I am always impressed with the upkeep at their building. The halls and doors are old but kept clean and working well. The pools are always super clean and very well maintained.

(Ignore errors, using phone) I've lived here for 5 years. Major water damage throughout atleast one of the buildings. Signs of mold in numerous units. Many residents have experienced health issues related to poor air quality. Takes forever to get work down. I've finally manage to get someone in to repair a water damaged wall. It's been a week and I've been left with a giant hole and no report on the sampling analysis so I could very well be even more exposed to harmful materials. I've had door knobs fall off twice, once locking me in the garbage room and another time in my own unit. Property management changes constantly so nothing gets addressed and if the process does start it is rarely finished or finished properly. Also please keep in mind that this is a smoking building (despite being told it was no smoking building by a new and uninformed property manager when touring the units). We constantly have to shut our windows and not use our balcony to avoid exposure to 2nd hand smoke. Management's response is smokers have a right to enjoy their balcony as they please... I would leave if I could but the cost to rent has become out of control in the neighborhood and Ottawa as a whole. STAY AWAY FROM.THE SAVILLE APARTMENTS!

A great bang for your buck. 2 pools are awesome being a swimmer. When I moved in 6 months ago my place was in such great shape. Bathtub in emaculate condition. Modern light fixtures. Friendly neighbors. Management and maintenance work hard and get things done. Fridge leaked and was fixed within a week or so. Element on stove didnt work when I moved in and was fixed a day later. My heat valve needed to be open and that happened quickly. Old building but great up keep. Only thing I dont like are the hallway and apt. door colors. They are beige and brown. Blue would be more colorful and cheerful. Neighborhood gorgeous and safe. Everything near by. Hope I feel the same in 6 more months.

My parents lived here for years. Their apartment was spacious and bright with all wood floors and a big balcony, and right next door to Carlingwood mall. It was perfect for them. Management was helpful and friendly.

Neighborhood is OK and you have access to Carlingwood Mall Center and bus stations BUT the management is a disaster! When we came into our apartment the counter was broken, cupboards had problems, and one tray in the fridge had cracks, now after a year they have only replaced the tray in the fridge and they waited 10 months to call for replace the counter, during the outbreak, so we postponed that to at least save our lives!In the meantime, the new property manager, Alyssa Gordon, is the worst! I had to go to their office in person to get new fuse after two weeks! And the only important thing for them is your rental payment. At least the previous manager had a good behavior towards the tenants!Put this building on the bottom of your list!

Love living here! Great value for the price. My unit is fairly large and the building is well maintained.

It's hard to find an apartment that truly feels like home, but it definitely does here! Cozy apartments, well kept common areas and grounds, and a wonderfully friendly community between the three buildings make it the best apartment complex you could ever live in!

I found the units we were shown to be great. My wife and daughter thought we would be losing square footage.The complex was very clean. I believe that they have laundry on every floor. They have an indoor pool!The Building Manager is exceptional. We liked her alot.I would definitely recommend this location for a multitude of reasons. It just didn't improve our situation, and we already live two minutes away.

Lived here for 7 years never had an issue, moving out soon i have nothing but good things to say about this place, if you come here, you will feel like family
