I have zero complaints about the food or beverages served. However, the wait times in the drive-through are absolutely ridiculous. Three cars in a drive-through should not take over 20 minutes to get a coffee. If I’m not mistaken, Tim Hortons strives for less wait times in the drive-through and this really needs to be worked on at this location I’ve had to pull out of the drive-through more than And go to a different store so that I wasn’t late for work in the mornings.

I ordered an Ice Cap after thinking they were closed after waiting so long at the order box before I even heard a peep to let me know some one was there... and the ice cap I got was missing ice... it was the grossest looking/tasting one I've ever tried.

Their drive-through is a joke when they are running both. It was my turn I started to order and Then they went to the customer beside me I asked what was going on and they said they had made a mistake but instead of telling the customer on the. Other side they kept on doing his order which made me have to wait. Twice

Literally never has anything anyone wants and if they do it’s limited. I swear they only sell 2 cheese biscuits per person and say they are out after that, EVERYDAY. Ice Capps are never made right either

This was My 3rd time attempting to use this drive-through... And it will be the last. I have never seen such incompetence. Every time I have attempted to order They cannot complete the order because they don't have it in stock... And they seem very confused on what they do have don't have and how to complete in order successfully. If you weren't ready to open you shouldn't have! this franchise owner seriously needs to train their employees better and maybe order inventory once in a while. There are no bad crews, just bad leaders, and you're not representing the brand or their standards.

5 stars to the new location and staff. Coffee could be a little stronger or maybe the milk to coffee ratio is a bit off... regardless it is great to have a Tim's in Stirling
