My car starter fob was not working and my auto dealer suggested I go to Extreme. They were super friendly and helpful. Changed the battery for a new one and got it working again. No charge!So happy to have it working for winter. Just a small thing but meant a lot to me.Also I wanted WeatherTech floor liners in a colour not readily available. These guys tracked some down for me, and had them shipped to the store..no cost to me.Exceptional and friendly customer service.

Great staff.. honest assessment of what you need or need to have done. Fair pricing. Great detailing.

The guys at Extreme are always up to do a good job from spring cleaning inside my vehicles to fixing a key fob to selling me the upgrades to our cars. This time it was getting me a Weathertech under seat storage bin for the backseat of my truck. Good advice made my decision easy. It arrived on time and was exactly what I wanted.

The staff is always friendly and helpful.I have been there 2 times since getting my automatic starter installed.1st time my car battery died which made my auto start needing to be reprogrammed.That was an expense I wasn't expecting.It literally cost me $60.00 for them to push a couple of buttons on my remote which is all they did.I think this should have been done for free. I could have done this myself as the information is on the net but because my battery died I wasn't sure if it affected the unit itself.Being a woman I feel like I was taken advantage of!Second time was the batteries in the fob were dead and I didn't know if I needed a special tool to open it and didn't want to ruin it by prying it open.They told me what battery I needed and I could open it with a dime. They offered to do it and the batteries they sell were way too expensive so I bought some from another store and did it myself.I have never had a problem with the unit itself or the installation and feel that this is a business that I would recommend for a remote car starter.

I have had no problems with Xtreme before. I loved dealing with Corey and the Zac. Seems as though they are no longer there now. :(Since then, I’ve had my car looked at twice for squeaking and creaking from the suspension, only for them to say there isn’t anything wrong with it. Fast forward to 4 months later and it’s still doing it.Have now gone for a second opinion.Super frustrated.

I've had an amazing experience this week with Extreme Auto Care. Great work on my car. They changed the timing belt and ball joints. Very great job, my car drives like new! Also there's an awesome coffee shop right next to them. Try it out as you wait for you car :)

Beyond satisfied with my experience at Extreme Auto Care. I called them to get an urgent MTO safety inspection done on a motorcycle as I am a student out from out of town. They were able to accommodate me and get everything done with only a 3 hour notice. Thank you Sam and the entire team. You have gained a new returning customer !

Gotta give these guys a 5 star review for customer service.Brought my car in last summer to have an axle back exhaust put on. I noticed today that one of the sides was loose and hanging.I stopped in on my way home from work to see if if could schedule a time to get it fixed. They had some free time and took it in right away.It needed a new clamp and the Mechanic centered the exhaust tip even better than it was before. At the end he said no charge!Great service and great customer care. I'll be going back to weld it all together to avoid this from happening again, and will definitely bring my car there for everything else.

The staff at Extreme Auto Care are amazing. The first thing they do is LISTEN to customer goals and concerns. Things get busy and things can happen, but Extreme Auto Care doesn't try to hide behind their egos; they take ownership of situations and resolve any concerns.I brought my truck to get touched all over, and under a tight timeline, they got it done.I noticed a few areas of concern, but they were quickly retouched without argument. The day was hot and I imagine the technician was feeling the pressure; he and the other staff did great work overall!

I have used Extreme Auto Care a number of times in the last year and I have been extremely impressed with the level of service they deliver. I will defiantly continue to use them in the future.
