I was referred to this physiotherapy clinic by the health clinic downstairs. I found all the receptionists and physiotherapists to be friendly and helpful. I spent all of the money that my insurance would cover, and I am still experiencing the same issues that I arrived with after almost 2 months of physiotherapy. I found the biggest issue is that the appointments are only 20 minutes long, which isn't enough time to discuss progress and receive adequate treatment. I feel like I wasted a lot of time and money, and I wish I had gone somewhere else to begin with.

I find the reception staff to be efficient and pleasant! You can even check yourself in at a computer. I have had physiotherapy here for a broken elbow and it went well. I am mostly impressed with the chiropractor, Dr. Robert Winslow is a phenomenal doctor!! Never fails to fix me up. Today I went in with a very sore neck I could hardly move and walked out feeling a million times better, I am beyond grateful!

Arrogant person on the phone. Thinks answering customers phone is a favor. No, you are not doing a favor to me. I'll just take my business elsewhere like everyone on here should do so as well.

I've been seeing one of HPC's chiropractors, Dr. Kate Henderson for the past two months to help me with chronic rib dysfunction and pain. After almost of year of intermittent issues (sometimes completely debilitating) and DIY physical therapy, Kate was highly recommended to me by my doctor to help.seenThough I felt immediate relief after my first chiropractic appointment, I have continued to see her to assist with other systemic issues related to my posture and form during exercise. During my first appointment, went I was quite inflamed, so Kate recommended and performed some soft-tissue/massage therapy before my adjustment, and we went very slow. I trust her completely to listen to my concerns and go at my desired pace for treatment, as it can be intimating.I consider myself to be an active individual, but I have struggled to return to my pre-pandemic strength, and I feel confident that Kate can provide me with the proper cues and support as I rebuild. She also consults with my physiotherapist at the HPC to make sure I'm getting the best and most appropriate care across all rehab services.I highly recommend Kate and the team at HPC if you are experiencing any body pain or dysfunction!

My physiotherapist, Brett Lyons is the best physiotherapist I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and kind. My whole family see Brett for physio and we are all very grateful for what he has done for us. He is the best in town. I suffered from rotator cuff injury for years and after seeing Brett my shoulder feels so much better. Thanks for all your hard work.
