Global Tech Collision

I was involved in a hit and run in a parking lot. I went shopping to different body shops for quotes prior to going to this place and this place was the most reasonable price out of all! The owner of Global Tech Collision (Motaz) took care of me right away. The body repair technician (Dave) explained to me what will need to be repaired and what does not need to be repaired. Super friendly staff! Also, the lady in the front desk/reception was super kind. Despite their super busy schedule, they found the time to repair my vehicle very quick. Highly recommend this place! Highly recommend this company. Ahmed and the crew did an amazing job repairing my car. Throughout the whole process they were very transparent and updated me the second there was a delay due to needing more parts. They also helped me deal with my insurance company and enterprise, Global Tech made the whole experience 100x better. The car looks brand new after taking it there. Will definitely be using them in the future and recommending anyone I can to them. Very happy with my experience.

I would really like to point out the level of professionalism and knowledge that I had with Josan. Having her help me with the process and understanding what was going on with my vehicle made me feel confident and taken care of. These guys helped us repair a car while I was away on a business trip and my pregnant wife had to deal with it by herself. The owner was super helpful and empathetic. He gave us a great price and delivered the car in less than a day. Would recommend 100%

The team at Global Tech did an incredible job repairing the damages to my vehicle! The paint matched exactly to the OEM paint. Repairs were completed promptly, in accordance with the timelines provided by staff. Overall, my vehicle looks better from all aspects than it did before the accident. I am so happy that I choose to take our damaged car to Global Tech Collision. Right from the start Ahmed and his team were very professional and took control of the dealing with the insurance company. They went through the entire car and found damages I had not even noticed. As our car has a very unique factory red paint I was very concerned that the paint would not match. The reason for my concern is I had taken my car back to Ford to replace the hood under warranty and they couldn't match the paint. Ahmed assured me they would match the paint and not to worry. I left the car with them and over the next few days as they dealt with the adjuster I knew from some of the emails between them that I was copied on that I had picked the right shop. Ahmed would not except any items suggested by the insurance company that was not up to quality standards. For instance the insurance company had a used door sent over to replace ours. Ahmed stood his ground and our best interest and told them he could not and would not put on this used door due to the poor condition/rust. There was other issues with the insurance company that shouldn't come as a surprise however I knew our car was in great hands so I did not worry. We have our car back and I couldn't be happier. The color is a perfect match and you would never know it had the damage it did. I would give them a 10 star review if it was available. Thank you Global Tech Collision.

Highly recommend global tech! Did such quality work with fair prices. Very friendly brothers who run the shop. They are also authorized repair centers for certain car makes. They did a complimentary car clean. Stop by and get a quote from them before you get your car fixed by someone else.
