If you want to get truly great service and have someone in your corner that can tame the real estate bull go with Lisa Hilton.....it wouldn't be her first rodeo. She is a veteran of many real estate campaigns and is not a greenhorn. She guided us through the rough waters of a changing market and had the commitment to get the job done as it was not the easiest task. I am glad we used her because she kind of threaded the needle on this sale as it was a property for a particular buyer (fixer upper). How many metaphors am I going to allude to....Lisa's logic is as clear as an azure sky of deepest summer. As clear as an unmuddied lake.
