One of the newer and more modern stations, they have all the things needed at a GO station. At this station they have both VIA and GO.At this station there is very little to no good attributes on the urban development front. The station takes up a lot of land with pure parking with very limited carpool and bike parking. This station is designed for cars, they have it in beside the highway and in the industrial part of town with no good connections for other types of commuters.I like the station style and update but disappointed in the lack of initiative taken to make a more accessible and sustainable public transport

Are you kidding? In the Guildwood Station there is not a single restroom open in the evenings for older passengers or people inflicted with IBS. Not only that but once the train arrives washroom after washroom had no toilet paper and most were in a state of disaster It’s better in 3rd World Countries !By the way they did have 6 Presto machines to take your money and absolutely no services for drinks or snacks. Not everyone has the luxury of travelling when the people at Go feel like being available Disgraceful !!!!!

Small city, south end seems a little run down, probably because of all the industry that is in the South end. The middle of the city and north sections are much more appealing to the eye. Right now there does seem to be a major amount of construction going on which makes it a little bit slow for getting around, but it's not like Toronto traffic. People seem friendlier, including drivers. I moved here 5 months ago and I am happy with my accommodations and the city in general.

Came home late night one time in completely freezing weather. This station was closed and nothing else was open. Phone was dead and the next 88 bus wasn’t coming for another 2 hours, the signs for buses weren’t even working so I couldn’t even tell when the next bus was coming. Had to wait outside in freezing cold weather with no information at all when the next bus was coming. Should be open if buses and trains are still coming and going, at least the first entrance to stay somewhere moderately warm

This station is absolutely pathetic and I spent 45 minutes looking for a parking space. The parking here is beyond pathetic and they need to do something to get themselves out of a Third World mentality. I ride trains throughout the US and Canada. Do yourselves a favor. Don't use this station if you intend to park your car. This is by far the worst station I've ever used. Just garbage.

Trains are consistently late and sometimes you are stuck on them for hours unable to go anywhere. Great option for people who don’t have to be anywhere on time and want to pay extra when the website’s online booking system doesn’t work.

Pleasant ride from Durham College Oshawa Go to Union Station on a Sunday morning. Weekend single day pass, only $10. Plenty of parking, and a clean, bright an open train station, with lots of seating. Simple, easy access to the boarding area and train, with numerous presto ticket machines, and a convenient Shoppers Drug Mart vending machine full of pharmacy type, and other travel necessities.

Absolutely arrogant man working there. Was not helpful at all, if anything almost made me late for my train. Next time going to alternate go station. Would not recommend the oshawa station.
