Unbelievable service!!! Absolutely delicious food! I had a mushroom and cheese omelette. This is probably the ONLY place I’ve been in Kingston where staff are very happy and very friendly. Hence the management must be unbelievably good towards their staff! Thank you! Will be only going back! Highly recommend

Went in for the steak and eggs. Fantastic! The dessert.. coconut cream pie.. cannot describe how amazing that is! Everything made in house. The service was fast and pleasant. I will be stopping by again very soon!.

I wanted to like it, but this was my second negative visit. Won't be back. Last time the service was great but the potatoes were so over salted that I couldn't eat them. Same for everyone at the table. Figured it was just a slip no big deal. It was busy so I didn't send it back. This time I asked for my bacon well done and it was very under done. My eggs were cold even before I sent the meal back. I asked her to take it back and cook the bacon to well done, it was too under for me. She brought it back a minute later and it was the same. Only difference was now the eggs and potatoes were cold. I did not eat the bacon at all. When she came to take my plate, she said nothing. Very underwhelmed.

Everything about Jiffy grill is awesome. Amazing staff, food, and they don't rush you to leave. The 1 and only reason I give 1* is because they don't have a change table in the men's room. Once they do, I'll gladly change my rating to 5*

The Good: Service was quick. Coffee was hot.The Note So Good:1.Homefries tasted like multi day old potatoes and weren't hot:2. Egg shells in eggs:3. Sausages not hot and very tough (not sure if they were overcooked, since they were very pale and looked boiled, or we're low fat):4. Not cheap! Least expensive item on breakfast menu was 10.25.Overall a bit disappointing...

The food was decent, but my husband's was burned. No only that, but they didn't have what they were offering for the daily special. So they offered him what they had received.I am sure that the server noticed it before she gave it to him, but said nothing. My club was fine. The Manager did remove meal from the bill.

Mandy was great. Even if things don't always go as plan, she makes it right with a great smile and humour. And she kept our coffee cup refreshed throughout our whole breakfast. Had my hollandaise sauce on the side for my egg benedic and enjoyed every morcel. The peameal bacon was perfect ratio to each egg. And Hubby enjoyed his eggs, well seasoned potatoes and sausages with rye toast. First time there , but won't be our last. Great diner feeling, great breakfast food.
