Great store! Staff are friendly and really helpful. Their delivery rates are super reasonable too. Been my go-to store for the past 2+ years.

It's my dog's birthday so I decided to stop in and see if they had any birthday specific treats. I couldn't see any when I'd walked in and thought they might be by the cash. There was a line-up and two staff helping people in front of me so I joined the line so I could ask. Then this man comes out of the back of the store, does not say a word to me (it's a small store so he's standing a few feet away from me), does not do anything else on the floor, but stand there and very clearly watch me, in way that makes it clear he thinks I'm trying to steal. I feel super uncomfortable and decide to double check the other side of the store to see if I'd missed something on my first glance and because how intently this man was watching me without offering any assistance whatsoever felt gross. I found the treat and got back in line. This man continued to stand on the floor and watch me. I watched one of his co-workers try and engage him as they went to the back of the store and he was clearly distracted by keeping an eye on me. I paid for the treat because it is still my dog's birthday and she doesn't deserve to suffer because this man is being a suspicious creep. I will honestly never set foot in this store again. I might feel differently had this man offered literally any assistance whatsoever.

Friendly staff some toys are a wee over priced but the natures choice treats are a good price.

Wonderful store with some great products. They carry unique brands and products that aren't carried in big box pet stores. They also carry a larger variety of dog food flavours that I was super impressed to see.Despite the size of the store, it is jam packed with great pet products.

I can't say enough good things about this store and the folks who work there. The owner and staff were so supportive and helpful to us when we adopted our rescue pup. We make the drive across town because we all love coming in, and being welcomed and treated with care and attention. This is the place to go for deeply researched products with a staff who love dogs and helping their humans find everything they need. HIGHLY recommend!

What a great little shop! We bought a life jacket here recently and picked it up in store for a very good price. We tried the jacket on the spot with no issues, had some help with the fitment and had a few questions answered while we were there.We came all the way from Markham and would definitely return!

Friendly and knowledgable staff that are always a pleasure to deal with. Great selection of high quality dog food products and treats as well as some pretty awesome toys and other accessories. Our go to spot for most of our needs for our pup! Highly recommend!

My favourite and local dog shop for years. The owner and staff have always been so kind and helpful with recommendations for my fussy dog. They are a real staple in the community. We could never pass by without stopping in to say hi and have a snacko.

Jason has gone out of his way many times to get what I was looking for in stock quickly, he’s just one of those business owners that seems to really care, it’s refreshing! I couldn’t recommend The Dog Bowl any higher!
