I’ve been to this dentist many times. Super great dentist! Dr Jessie is very great and the receptionists are always super kind.

I went in four or five time over a month and a half for some pretty serious dental work, I had needed new teeth and to fix some smashed ones, dr jessy and the many excellent dental assistants where amazing as well as reception. Best dentist office I’ve ever been to.

This is the best dentist's office in the city. You may wait slightly longer past your appointment time but they are very busy so that makes sense. The dental hygienist is so gentle and explains everything he's doing. The dentist is kind and to the point. Everything is painless and quick. As long as the staff doesn't change, I won't go anywhere else. They also have a shuttle that will pick up and and drop you off if you need it!

I had never been here before but my usual children’s dentist was not returning my messages so I decided to try them out.I took my 4 year old son to see Dr. Jessy for an extraction which was also his first visit ever to the dentist.He was very nervous and Dr. Jessy and 2 other staff Chrissy and Mary went to work giving him treats and toys and balloons to make him as comfortable as possible. They put on his favourite show Paw Patrol and distracted him as best they could.They removed his tooth very quickly and made the extraction as pleasant as an extraction can be. My son even smiled on the way home and made jokes after he realized he was not in pain anymore.Thank you to all the staff who were so kind to my child and made him feel as safe as they could.I would recommend this location at 246 Portage Ave. to anyone needing a new dentist.Jason

Worst place for wisdom teeth removal. I ended up in the hospital due to a sever infection after 24 hours of surgery (didn’t eat anything & followed all medical advice) so it was obviously a botched surgery. I wish I would have stayed awake to watch. The medical team was nice but there was one bald older white man who was so rude and rushing me (I was having anxiety). This dental clinic likes to also sue people over reviews which I think scares people from telling the truth, so I can’t say too much. This place should be investigated, for that reason my family will never be back. I would not recommend as I could have died from the infection that’s how intense it was.

Always a pleasant experience going back here with my family, the clinic is always clean, they provide shuttle services, the staff is very friendly and the service is great. Dr.Jesey's very hands on with her patients, very reassuring and we were also helped by very nice and friendly Van & Trix with our appointment today!

It took a while to get my treatment. They could have informed to come earlier than the appointment time to get ready with the insurance part. The receptionist Shannon was nice. I waited longer than the time I was treated. The dentist was nice and she made sure it's painless.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I made an appointment for my daughter via email. They also kept me updated using Facebook messenger, which was very convenient for me. They even got a hold of NIHB for me. They also provided rides to my hotel and from my appointment. Will recommend greenwood to family and friends

They fixed my front tooth a while ago. I was initially against it but the dentist convinced me that it’s going to be okay and will last. So they drilled my tooth to make the filling stay but it didn’t last even 2 days. I came back, they did nothing, trimmed the tooth a bit and basically left it the way it was and also I was told they would do it for free they still charged my insurance. For what? For their screw up? Anyway, my tooth is super sensitive since then and I’ve been seeing another dentist. Horrible experience and on top of it as you can see they’re bullying and threatening customers that leave them negative reviews. Pathetic.
