Nine people in line…10 staff running around like chickens with their heads cut off between the drive thru and the food stations…and then ONE person taking orders. Whoever came up with this formula here needs to go back to the drawing board.

We purchased two bagels from this location and they were squished and burnt on the edges we don’t expect a lot from here but least give us food that looks good not like it was sat on. The guy seemed to be very displeased with working at this location but the lady was the only kind worker , don’t expect to much from this location.

This place is so lovely, beautiful location, undoubtedly canmore is mesmerising and a 5 star for the view this place offers, I was lost looking when I saw the mountains around. It's the best Tim Hortons considering the scenic surrounding. Also its just adjacent to the road so if you are moving towards Calgary from Edmonton you can stop by to pick a coffee or quick much.

Such a constantly busy Tim Hortons, always under stress of intense tourist seasons. As a local, I know busy tourist seasons can bring a really insensitive and demanding type of business that can leave staff feeling hopeless in their efforts to ameliorate errors. I’m so appreciative of how I was treated with such kindness yesterday. A customer error on my part, and Fedz (I’m guessing the manager on duty) very gracefully took the time to help me out as he was managing a busy morning rush. Thank you Fedz for choosing to go above and beyond, you made my day!

Food was cold this is the 3rd day in a row. But when this is your only option sucks.I havent been offered a refund staff are rude pushy and ignorant when confronted.My food was screwed up 3 times wedges either were cold or not fully cooked like really annoying

Ordered 5 Croissant sandwich combo at 8.02 am, got all drinks after 3 min. But the sandwich has to wait for 16 minutes, it's too long for fast food restaurant. Busy is the reason, but should know and well prepared.

This location consistently has the worst quality food of any Tim’s I’ve been to and that’s saying something. The food is slapped together really fast and it shows.

This location has really gone downhill. Ordered 2 wraps and got a wrap and bowl instead. When the order was remade it looked like it had been slapped together and was just falling apart with sauce everywhere. Not much attention to detail or quality and the staff didn't seem too concerned about it. It was not busy either and yet very fully staffed. Bathrooms are sloppy (with water all over the floor, stalls closed, low on soap). In the past, they rarely have soups available either when we are passing through in the evening.
