I went in to get Renter's insurance. They were fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Great prices too!Fast forward to now! I now have all my policies with them. Car, renters, and life insurance. I got into an accident last year and so thankful I paid a small extra for accident forgiveness. They have been nothing short of amazing through every experience. Very knowledgeable and always wanting to help. They also send me cards on special occasions and those small gestures matter to me.

It has been a breeze getting new motorcycle insurance with my agent - Vicki Fowler - she is a very kind and understanding person. There were many steps i needed to take to get my motorcycle insurance on my end in regards to getting ownership etc, she helped walk me through the steps & was with me along the way. once i finished my m2 course she was quick to actualize the insurance and within the week I was riding to work just how i dreamed it. I have been talking with Vicki Fowler for at least one year in regards to renewing my Life Insurance Policy. Unfortunately I dont know this too much as I thought that Policy I signed in my 20s was good until I die. Vicki and I exchange many emails. Last I spoke to her was last week and I told her by September I would be able to finally renewed the Policy.Over all I can sincerely say that she's very patient and very detailed oriented to make someone like me understand the whole thing. She always reply to my email the same day.Thanks to Vicki i'm confident I will choose the Life insurance that works the best for me.

As a young driver, it makes a difference to have a broker who treats you in such a personal, friendly way. Vicki builds relationships with her clients and works with you to get the best possible rate. I recommend this brokerage to all my friends and don’t imagine I’ll be switching brokers any time soon. I’ve been with them for years and the service has always been amazing. Between accidents I had and getting new vehicles they are efficient & get everything rolling quickly. Plus as a bonus their rates for motorcycles are good as well. Which getting decent insurance price for them can be difficult in other places. Great company to be with.

They make are always very quickly accessible, and ensure all your questions and concerns are resolved very quickly. Vicki has been especially helpful. She has been there to help us resolve all issues with things like house insurance, or changing of policies last minute. We feel very taken care of with Walker-Payne.
