What a great airline! Totally unexpected from an airline I had never heard of. They load from the back to front of the plane. Old school and fast. Seats have plenty of legroom, they have friendly staff and even serve good food on the plane. (I typically just don't eat on planes, even business class international flights. But looked good so tried on our flight to the Yukon from Vancouver).When I'm in Canada next, I will definitely choose Air North.

I only recently discovered this airline. I travel often from Vancouver to Kelowna and I will now only be booking through them. They've given me great service, the price of the flight is so reasonable, and you get 2 free checked bags!

Very happy with the service, excellent staff always ready to help you, they include a small snack on your flight, they give you drinks and they are always attentive to what you need. Without a doubt, these efforts must be valued by the airlines! I would always choose them!

Absolute Legends, have never come across customer service like this. I left my phone on the plane; the staff were onto it straight away and able to confirm the cabin staff had found it in minutes thru their group chat. The flight was already enroute to whitehorse and they organised for the phone to be brought back to vancouver airport for me on the next flight. Lizzy even ran the phone out to the passenger drop off zone outside the terminal for me. Thank you team!

Horrible... The cut off time In vancouver been 45 min prior departure No one tell you that in any e mail... Literally 44 min prior departure there is no one at the counter. At Whitehorse location is 5 min prior departure how people should know. Customer service absolutely 0 waiting time 1.5 hours.... I wish they had a bit of concurrent airlines to fix them up.If I could I will give 0 stars... No others choices to Whitehorse unfortunately... Honestly sooo disappointed.
