My experience with Alliance Energy Source was 5 stars plus. I received a quote from Michelle Franz promptly. Michelle was available to answer all of my questions each time I called. I needed a new air conditioner on the hottest week of the year and Alliance scheduled me in for a new A/C within 48 hours. Mike, the installer arrived precisely on time. The installation was flawless. Both Mike and Michelle were great to work with. Alliance looked after the A/C registration and provided me with a 10 year parts warranty and a 1 year labour warranty. The new A/C is working brilliantly. And, guess what...they were thousands of dollars less expensive that their competitors. I would strongly recommend Alliance Energy Source.
