They also provide delivery within a certain area. I bought multiple TV’s and surround sound system over the phone and it was delivered next day. Forget the Best Buy’s and Amazon’s. Finally, I discovered a business that truly knows the meaning of value and service. Tele City Electronics surpassed my expectations.I was in the market for a new TV.  I did all my technical research and narrowed the search down to two.  Next was to find a retailer.  I looked into the usual Big Box Stores.  Pricing was virtually the same with all.  Tele City also came up in my Google search.  I had never heard of this business.  I did a further Google search on this business and read the positive customer reviews- 4.8 as of February 3, 2023.The website was thorough and user-friendly.  I filled out the online pricing request form for a quote on the selected TV.  I received a reply from Sunny that same day.  To my surprise, the quote was below the Big Box Stores and the TV came with free shipping. I called Sunny directly to discuss my TV selection vs my alternate option. Sunny's technical knowledge became very apparent.  He was professional and pleasant to talk with. I decided to go ahead with my purchase.  The delivery date was scheduled around my needs without any reservations from Sunny.  No deposit was required.  The delivery person made it easy to collect the funds via a wireless payment machine. The TV was delivered on the day and hour as promised.Sunny proactively called me to see if I was happy with the TV and service. During our conversation, I told him about a small issue with the TV and he said not to worry and would have it exchanged.  A new one was delivered within a few days!  This type of service is unheard of these days.I highly recommend Sunny and Tele City Electronics for all of your electronic needs.

Excellent experience purchasing from Tele City Electronics. After doing a lot of research for pricing and compare all of the big box stores, I came across Tele City and they had even better pricing! Before you buy any electronics anywhere call Tele City Electronics. I was all set to buy a TV from Costco but I sent an email to Tele City asking for a quote on the TV I was looking at. I’m so glad I did. I bought it from Tele City for 30% cheaper than Costco and BestBuy. I am referring everyone I know to Tele City.

When I first went to this store, I spoke with the associate Mark, told him what kind of tv and price range I was looking for, and mark, who was very knowledgable, was able to recommend one for me in literally seconds, at a really good price. When i first turned on the tv when I got home, there was a manufacturer’s defect. I was able to call mark to inform him of the situation, he told to come to the store and they will replace it, free of charge. When I went to the store on a later day to return the tv, another staff, Sunny was there, and he was able to help me replace the tv, as mark had left him a note about the situation. Sunny was even able to let me look at the new tv and test it out before leaving the store to make sure there was no defects. Suffice to say, I am really happy with the tv I bought, and I am blown away with the amazing prices, the staff knowledge, and the amazing customer service I received throughout my whole ordeal. I will definately be coming back here for future purchases, there is no better store for tvs that I can recommend than this place!
