Horrible. Constantly attempts delivery for days on end because they don’t have enough time to deliver all of their parcels. Amazon seriously needs to stop using this company. I’ve stopped ordering from Amazon because intelcom is so unreliable. I pay a prime membership to get my items in 2 days yet it takes 2 weeks because of intelcom. Or I don’t get the package at all. Have called them several times and they are extremely rude. Guy tells me I’ll get my parcel when I get it and that it’s “not rocket science”. Are you kidding me?? I can’t believe this company even exists.

Whenever a package haven’t arrived. I know I drew the short straw and got intelcom. It’ll probably be easier to send the package back and order it again and hope I get a different company.They are constantly the worst delivery company I have ever encountered.With an odd propensity to mark things as “delivery attempted” in situations it’s easy to demonstrate they didn’t.Do they know kicking it into the back of their truck and forgetting about it doesn’t count as attempting to deliver the package.Apartment buildings have their front door locked.It’s well understood a buzzer code or key is needed to get in.When you send an email with the confirmation you have to buzzer code.I trust you understand that.It is not the 1970’s.the buzzer at the front door goes to the phone in my pocket that keeps a call log.It’s very obvious when several days in a row you mark it as delivery attempted, you are lying.Excepting failure is important part of business. My recommendation to intercom Burnaby is you should try to pivot to something different. Maybe recycling depot or laundry mat just not logistics.

Consistently leave packages in the public entrance of my apartment, which resulted in stolen items. Have complained multiple times, company takes no action. Do not recommend.

They delivered my package during the weekend and they left it behind the door on the street without the proof of signature, my package is lost now. When I contact this company they said call the vendor and ask for the refund!!! The worst customer service experience that I ever had in Canada!!!! If you can't be responsible and accountable you should not operate a delivery business.

I was waiting and waiting and waiting at home for a package to be delivered by them that I ordered through Amazon, and up till about 7:30, so 20 minutes ago, it was saying that it was still going to arrive. Then it's as if notifications went back in time an hour and 15 minutes to tell me that they tried to deliver at around 6:15. No they didn't. The driver never bothered to contact me, buzz my front door, nothing. I talked to someone on the phone, they just said they'll take the complaint and that was it. Oh, and they won't bother try to redeliver today. Absolutely worthless in every definition of the words.

Worst courier company. Their drivers put no effort into delivering or picking up packages. Ive had to reschedule my package THREE times now because they hang up the phone before i could pick up, or they dont show up at all. Will never use them again

Drivers don’t follow instructions and “customer service” will just copy and paste a generic apology reply.I suggest people reach out to the e-commerce companies who use Intercom to consider switching courier providers instead

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I live in an apartment and the general lobby is the worst place in the world to put my packages, as things get stolen. Not sure why they don't understand that, or read any notes on file about delivery. They don't even take a picture of the delivery, and I had to search around for where they've dumped my packages somewhere in the lobby. I have had to put in claims of stolen items because of them. Every other company can put the package by my door or deliver it to me, but not Intelcom. They have 1 star for a reason. Use anyone else.

I’ve been waiting almost a month for them to pick up a return. I could have walked there and back by now and probably bumped into The Proclaimers too! I don’t understand how they keep asking me to reschedule only to cancel for no reason. Even if you had one driver you could still have managed to pick up the package.
