The front line staff provide a warm welcoming, and Dr. Jace and staff keep you comfortable and relaxed. They make you feel important and provided a timely but thorough checkup. Would recommend this experience if you need a dentist!

Great experience at Crystal Smiles. Had my wisdom teeth removed and they made the experience simple, straightforward and painless. Honest team and answered any questions I had. Dr. Barter was great and the two nurses working with him walked me to my ride at the end of the procedure. Couldn't have asked for better help and really grateful for all their hard work and professionalism. Thanks so much!

Crystal Smiles in Okotoks has the best dental team in the world! I can't express how great it feels to go there and be treated with genuine kindness, consideration and respect! Everyone from the front office staff, to the assistants go above and beyond to see that you are seen, heard and perfectly cared for. And let me tell you - Dr. Vicki McMullen is the best of the best in her field, and her protégé Dr. Jace James is an absolute rock star! He is skilled, meticulous and unbelievably warm and caring. Truly, I can't recommend Crystal Smiles enough. Check them out!

Love this dentist, always friendly and caring about my needs. I used to be petrified of the dentist and these guys have never made me feel more at ease and now I am hardly ever scared. They also are great with financial needs and explain it all to me. I also moved out of town and still drive to them even though I could change to a closer dentist.

Thank you for making what normally is an unpleasant appointment (going to the dentist) pleasant!Any question I had, was answered in depth and with patience!I went in nervous for my dentist appointment and walked out happy. Everyone that helped with my dental checkup was AMAZING!!

The team at Crystal Smiles is absolutely phenomenal!My little guy had a painful dental emergency and even though they had no room in their busy day, Dr.Jace came in early to see him & fix him up! Lisa, his assistant, was amazing at keeping my little guy calm & relaxed! The front desk ladies are so welcoming & friendly! I love Crystal Smiles!

I was very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff at Crystal Smiles. I was very comfortable throughout my 3 hour appointment and was very pleased with the quality of the work done.The quote I was provided was on point and matched what I was billed after the appointment.They will be my long term dental services provider and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care with a great atmosphere.Dr. James / Lisa / Dellraj were great.

Dr.Jace James is an amazing dentist. As someone who isn't too fond of dentist appointments he has made me incredibly comfortable. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by a wonderful admin team who have answered every question I've thrown their way. They are accommodating and patient. The hygienists and dental assistants have all been fantastic. They are incredibly informative, kind and keep things quick and painless.Our entire family sees the Crystal Smiles team and I highly would recommend them.Thanks for being awesome guys!
