Store is closed. Drove a great distance to be here. Website still displays the store address and the owners have known for weeks. Nor did they bother to inform google that they were closed. Not only did I drive there in traffic with premium gas from another city, but I've done my job for them free of charge. My self and 2 other team members took time from our work to go to this store, which I might add was a long drive. It was 1pm in the day. When we arrived, there was another law enforcement guy there. The store was closed, their phone kept going to voicemail. My self and my co workers waited for 30min for them to open up. The other guy waited also. No one showed up. It was a waste of time! Their website said the store was open. There was no sign on the store doors or window. The only thing in the store door was a delivery notice. Even the other law enforcement officer looked at the website and it said the store was open.

I have purchased the 5th Gen Duty Bag online and at first I never received the bag even though they said it was delivered. So I contacted them regarding this issue and finally after 7 weeks I received my replacement bag. I opened the box and found out I received a used and broken bag. The bag has stains, animal hair all over it and its missing buckles. This is absolutely ridiculous, I paid over $120 I expected a lot more quality from this company. I don’t recommend shopping at this store.

I purchased a pair of their tactical suspenders around the beginning of 2018 to do an evaluation on them for possible use by my department. This is the second time I am submitting this review for these suspenders. My first one was not published on the company website. Apparently, this company does not allow honest feedback nor does it honor its obligation to give consumers the ability to point out issues with their purchases.The shoulder pads have no way to anchor themselves to keep from slipping. The buckles on my set are nearly halfway between my wait and shoulders and as a result, the pads shift all day. The Velcro on the belt keepers does not hold very well and will come loose during vigorous activity. One of the belt keepers broke a snap off before my first 30 days of use. As a result of these issues I had to replace 2 of the belt keepers with ones from an old set of tactical suspenders. The elastic on the back side has started to wear out already.The design of these suspenders is good, however the quality of the materials is lacking. Unless there is a major improvement in the future, this will be my last purchase of this item for my department.
