He used a variety of techniques, including deep tissue massage and stretching, to work out the knots in my muscles and relieve the stress that had been building up. Simon Graham is a fantastic RMT, I have been seeing him for almost 4 years now and highly recommend him. I searched for many years for an RMT that provides the relief, technique and pressure I desire for massage. He always checks in to see where my priority needs are and I always feel instant relief and comfort after a session (and before too, Simon is so pleasant!)

I booked an appointment at New West Wellness center for a prenatal massage based on reviews after another company cancelled on me twice this week.I saw there was an appointment available with Fiona for the same day so I took it and I must admit im now very glad my other appointments were cancelled.This was the best massage i've ever had specifically targeting the issues I was having. I was so impressed... not only with the massage but also with all the thorough information Fiona went through before, during and after.The whole process was great, ill be back.

I booked a massage session with Jan, hours after my wife had her first Pre-natal massage with him. She said he was good, but I didn't realize until after the massage how good he was. To say that he's just good is an understatement, he goes beyond what I thought a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) can provide in terms of comfrot, de-stressing, and most importantly healing.As this was my first session, Jan took about 10 minutes to get to know about my health history and details to fully understand how he can help with all of my ailments. He makes sure to start witha moderate amount of pressure to ease the muscles and body before applying more pressure further into the session.What makes Jan stand above the rest is he consistent application of force, pressure, and strength. His background in competitve weightlifting and as a fitness trainer, elevates his skills to provide a massage unlike any I've had. I was speechless after the massage, I could not formulate the words to express the gratitude and appreciation for Jan's skills.Jan is truly New West's hidden gem.

Unfortunately, I never got the chance to visit. Had a very bad experience while trying to cancel a booked appointment. Tried calling the front desk, but the voice prompt asked to leave a message to cancel. Left a message, which went unheard; only to get a call from my RMT, who understandably was annoyed to see a no-show at 8am. And ofcourse, I was charged a no-show fee. Hoping they fix the processes to help their clients better .

This place has a wonderful, peaceful environment and extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean, well maintained, and the massage therapists are very knowledgeable and accommodating. Once you enter the space, all you’ll feel is calm and peace from the warm colours and decor.They are able to submit directly to your insurance provider, and their online booking system is intuitive and easy to use. There is also plenty of free parking around the area.Kevin has been a tremendous help with overcoming a nagging sports injury, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for massage therapy. Highly recommended!

Every appointment I have with Dr Jaspreet Khalsi always brings me comfort and relief from my neck /back issues. She is very good at what she does. Highly knowledgeable and welcoming. I would recommend her to anyone !

Wonderful massage with Fiona. She is very knowledgeable and kind. So glad I found this place. Have a had a bad headache for weeks, I’m confident it will start to ease up now.

Dr. K has been so amazing and a life saver for me. I have hobbled my way to her in some pretty bad states due to some chronic issues and she has got me back on my feet. I cannot recommend her enough.
