I was a new in crypto trading and I did a wrong investment in a fraud company called Point Market. I reported this case to NDAX and they did nothing about it, furthermore they just frozen my account. No investigation has been performed!! Am really shocked to receive this kind of treatment from such reputable platform! As far as I understood they do not have any law reinforcement to conduct any type of investigations or have any control over the funds. So be careful while detailing with NDAX!

My experience with NDAX has been very satisfying. There were things that I didn't know before I got an account and since then, they continue to surprise me and make me happy to use their services.When I had a problem and reached out to them, the response was pretty quick and precise. NDAX without a doubt has the best customer service of any Crypto trading exchange. I rarely have a question. However, when I do, I get a response within minutes and the response always satisfied my queries. They are always proactive when advising me of any market and/or platform related issues. I have been a happy trader for over two years now. I highly recommend you give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Don’t try it. It look like an scam. They set Email transfer is automatically accepted your money without security question and answer. Main point is, your account got no money deposited into like you deposited

Too many bad experiences to list. It will do opposite (buy/sell) of what it shows (i have proof). It has a bad spread. It will show completely wrong prices (I have pictures). And now they froze my account and I cannot withdraw my cash or coins.

Hi everyoneI deposited 250 USD.Alexey, my Manager was helping me at the beginningI made until 600+ USDHe called me after few months to ask me if I can invest 20k.I told him I can afford such big money right now.At the beginning they do a trial with a min amount of $250.After 3 months, they want you to invest a min of 20k afterwards.If you don't.They leave you from telegram.I keep asking my refundWrite to NDax several times.No one replied.They took money from my visa cardTo refund back, they do not help at all.For drawal is very difficult.Until now I don't know where my $600+ is or may be they are investing it without my knowledge.Alexey was very patience & very nice, but since I did not want to invest more, He left me from Telegram.I wrote to him a few timesNo answer.Their office is in Calgary.No phone number.Only addressNow I am having a bad experience with them.The Customer support keep doing update about their company & sent to my email until now.But when you write to them.It returns back as wrong address.Hoping to get a positive answer from NDax.This is my experiences that I am sharing to you all.Good luck
