Super happy with the work from joe and his team. Brought a cabinet door in for repair and the bill was under 50$. Bringing my china doors in next week because the quote was also very fair. Thanks guys.

He lies and is very condescending. When I asked him about discrepancy on my bill his answer was “ you never asked me”. Very unprofessional.

Will never use this company again. Charged over 340$ for them to put a double hung window back in the shoes. They were here about 13 mins in the house for 4 mins. No replacement parts needed. Not to mention it took them months to even get back to us.

1st repair guy left metal piece peeled back so when I cleaned window I was cut. 2nd repair guy removed stationary window, replaced one pane and then put the window in opposite to how it originally been in. This means the frame that’s been outside for 25 or more years is now on the inside. I’ve spent all day trying to clean it. Some workers are tardy, rude and seem tolack common sense.

I have ordered glass from Joe for a few years now. He is always friendly and personable. I find his skills pretty amazing. His prices are very reasonable and he always has great suggestions to help with your project. I Would highly recommend Joe Reinhart Glass. 5 Star Service

Last Saturday, May 21st, 2022 we had a real bad storm with 138 Km/hour windsWanting to air out my bedroom when I woke up last Saturday morning, I decided to leave one of my crank out windows open. Unfortunately the storm and wind descended so quickly and me forgetting about the open window, the fierce wind pulled the bottom hinge out of the track and broke the black plastic slider tab connected to the hinge and pulled it right out of the tract.I took pictures and went to see the folks at Joe Reinhart Glass, and was greeted by Jessica. Jessica listened attentively , looked at my pictures, and said..no problem we can fix that. She introduced me to Earnie, and Joe. Joe gave me a ball park price and the order to repair was created. These folks at Joe Reinhart Glass are really customer focused.Being that my window was partially closed, and expected rain, Earnie and Steve were at my house within 1 hour to fix my window. I have dealt with a lot of service companies over the past 50 odd years for various support issues for my home, and I never have received service at this high level.If you have window issues of any kind, I would HIGHLY recommend these folks.....you will NOT be disappointed

I asked him to quote installation of 2 aluminum frames. It took him over 2 months to do so. When he came back to the house, he remeasured yet again and did not have the frames. This guy demanded payment for measurement of the windows- no other company does this. Then he didn't deliver them. Terrible customer service. I found someone else to do the work for 1/3 of what he charged and I got the frames done in 5 days. Joe Reinhart Glass Service Inc is the worst company I could imagine for service.
