Has traeger accessories and other cool patio stuff, was greeted by who I can assume is the owner as I went in. 10/10

I purchased a Pit Boss grill at the beginning of March with the promise of a cover coming 'within the week'. Up until this weekend, no cover. Here we are at the end of May, and I got a call to pick up my cover! So far my grill has been snowed on, rained on, and had the sun beat on it. Picked up the cover- was disappointed that it had the wrong brand- but was assured it would fit. At this point, I didn't even care- I just wanted to cover my grill. Got it home and it was the wrong model. So now back to square 1. I realize it's only a cover, and I realize that it's not the fault of the person on the other end of the phone... however, absolute worst follow through on customer service I have had in a long time! Consider your purchase carefully. A phone call would help... maybe they read Google reviews when they're not ordering bbq covers...?

Not impressed with customer service. Wanted a bbq that clearly stated in their website was in stock. When called about it here’s how the conversation went…I asked if they had stock and they said oh no the website is wrong that’s not right we are out of stock. So I asked what about Kelowna? Oh yes they have stock. Perfect can you order it in for me? No you have to order it online. The conversation was on a Saturday, so the very next day I ordered it online. It’s now Thursday and someone finally called and said we don’t have stock and it will be 2-3 weeks, so once again I asked about Kelowna and was assured yet again they have stock and they will look into it.This is terrible customer service when you spend that kind of money for a bbq.

Excellent customer service and and wide selection of products. We love our smoker bbq and always come here for pellets, sauces and spices.

Every time I have been in I have felt very welcome. The staff is amazing!

Back for a second time and Aaron did not disappoint. Very knowledgeable, and I’m very happy with his advice and suggestions. Got the Traeger seasoned and ready to go for a bday bash tomorrow. Thanks again for the fast and friendly service. By far the best prices and selection in town.

Great little (not really, BIG) store for whatever your BBQ needs are! All kinds of sauces, rubs and wood chips. Definitely gonna be going back to this store in the future

Great place with knowledgeable staff. They carry a bunch of local and Canadian made products as well as some seasonings that are hard to find in Canada. Huge variety of charcoal, pellets, and wood chunks. Highly recommend.

It has all the products you see from top BBQ influencers and has everything you need, whether you're on the competition circuit or just looking to elevate your backyard BBQ game. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it.
