My A/C broke down Sunday. I rolled in Monday, needing a capacitor. Together we laughed about how more than a few people had been having the same problem. I was informed that the parts I needed we're out of stock, but they could fashion what I needed from in house parts. I was on my way in 15 minutes, and had my AC repair complete within the hour. Service this good is unheard of. 5 STARS

Do not update holiday hours on Google or their voice message or post updated hours on their door. Obviously didn’t care to let customers know when they were closed and open. What others customer service issues do they not care about?

Belatedly writing a review from Christmas > I had my furnace fail days before Christmas , bought parts all good ..... , well no . The motor I bought from these guys last year failed. They went way above and beyond to test and replace it for me on one of the coldest days of the year! Top notch service.

Owner doubled my bill from the estimate his employee gave me... gouged me in labour for a simple fix. Close to $600.00 to test a 1.5 hp motor..and a $70.00 switch and a start capacitor...new motor and spindle in Kelowna to replace the one this place swindled $430.00 with warranty..Please shop around..watching these guys close there doors will be priceless.# really miss Thompson valley rewind## Boycott this business for it's poor service....

They had a capacitor that would work in my central air but it was totally different shape. The price was pretty high as i looked up the part and a local supplier had exact item for less than half what i paid. For a motor shop dealing with public they could have put a tiny effort into testing my old capacitor befor letting me leave with one i was only 80% sure was the problem. They will be a last resort next time i need something. The new capacitor did fix it but ya.

The biggest problem is that a repair takes a very long time. Either they need more help or there needs to be another repair company for irrigation pumps.
