After shopping around entire GTA for kitchen counter stools, unique and comfortable was hard to find, I made first visit to and purchase from ARTeFAC in 2017. In the last month two separate family members bought bar stools from Ron. All three times we got great quality at an excellent price. Ron is patient and knows his inventory. I would recommend ARTeFAC to anyone who can't find what they want from the same-old, mediocre quality big box retailers.Side note - the day I picked up my stools an older couple arrived just ahead of me for a pick-up. They told us they'd driven from Ottawa to buy stools from Ron because they searched but couldn't find what they wanted where they lived. They seemed elated w/their purchase - which said alot about what ARTeFAC had to offer.

I am a designer and ordered these counter stools for a client. They are absolutely beautiful and exceed my clients expectations. There was slight damage to a leg on one of the bases and could not be fully assembled. As soon as I notified ARTeFAC, they immediately took care of the issue and are sending a new base. I appreciate their great service and quality products!

Artefec is one of the best business place I have done business with. We purchased 5 bar stools, my husband and I were unable to fit them up properly and after 3 days we decided to return with the items to the store. The owner met us with a confident smile and asked what was wrong? The ending of the story we had the stools assembled while we waited, no questions asked, no attitude, professionalism right to the very end when the stools were returned by the employee in our vehicle.

Ron & his team @ ARTeFAC provided excellent service and support from start to finish. We purchased a dining table with chairs and will certainly come back should we need anything in the future. Ron was great to work with and provided us an unbelievable deal. Delivery was fast and they even sent an extra helper to bring everything into a specific room @ no extra cost. Anyone looking around for chairs etc i suggest you check them out. You wont be disappointed!

Am so happy with this first experience with ARTeFAC. We purchased 6 genuine leather modern armchairs for our breakfast nook and the quality is just amazing. What a great experience buying from Artefac! Customer service was very helpful and I enjoyed trying out as many bar stools as I liked until I found the one that was just right. I ended up buying three Amisco Ronny counter height stools. Artefac has excellent quality products, the price was great and I got the new stools quickly after ordering them. When I called for help putting the stools together, Ron was very patient and in no time I was able to finish assembling them myself.Highly recommend Artefac and will definitely shop there again.

My wife and I bought 3 leather bar stools. We dealt with Ron K and he was great. We unwrapped one of the chairs when we got home and found the metal kick plate was missing. We called up Ron and a new kick plate was delivered to our home the next day. Very happy with the chairs and impressed with the customer service. We will definitely be repeat customers.
