Such a pleasant experience from start to finish! Our indoor cat gets upset leaving the house and he normally does not like getting his nails cut or being bathed but Colleen did such an amazing job! I definitely recommend her. She's skilled, super friendly and transparent.

Had my 120lb German Shephard boarded at the PetSmart Hotels this week for 4 days and have absolutely no complaints at all, Paid for a large private suit room with private 1v1 playtime just so my dog could get the most of his exercise in. Would definitely use this place again** Only issue i had was the reservation desk that called me inputted my dog into a standard room, but was accommodated on arrival to the large private suit**

Jessica is the absolute rudest person to deal with. She is very condescending when she talks to you with a cocky attitude. I so wish I would have had Bethany. She was so sweet with her client and took the time to talk and listen to concerns.

Being a first time customer to this so called petsmart hotel we Brought our little furbaby to stay a week at the pet hotel , we were given updates when we called about our little furbaby. We were told he was doing amazing To find out he was sick over some puppy ice cream they gave him to which cost us additional bill vet bill, from there own personal onsite care? On top of the current bill that was for the week and then the additional bill for there vet.We were told that our furbaby escapes his suite on many times to find him wondering around the pets mart hotel area, which my concern got him sick…When we picked up our furbaby he was coughing like crazy , hacking . Not the same dog we left him in there care. Bought our furbaby to our own vet to find out he has a infection, bronchitis and kennel cough. He was perfectly healthy when we dropped him off. This vet our own vet bill Costed us thousand dollars , from testing to medication and more medical visits to have him checked. our vet right now is helping our furbaby get better. Which makes me concern how this facility keeps up with there cleaning, how each dog comes in healthy etc. very upsetting to see our furbaby this sick. Paying the whole week stay, two vet bills , was this a great first experience with them. Hell no!!

I cannot speak highly enough about that staff at the Petshotel. My anxious German shepherd is a better dog because they care so much about making his stay there enjoyable. Dedicated, thoughtful, caring people. I cannot recommend this place strongly enough.

Come at your own risk!!! The last 2 times we have sent our dog to this pet hotel he’s gotten kennel cough…at first we thought we were unlucky but it happened for a second time, there must be something going on. Two very expensive vet bills later and very expensive hotel stays with their new included play time!!! Got a surprise for sure when we went to pay after we picked him up since we didn’t get notified that their prices have changed since they last time we’ve had him there.Just a warning to all who sends their animal there to be careful what you and your pet are getting into.

Great friendly staff and they do a great job of grooming my dog who has a very thick coat.I'm just not keen that they keep him for 4hrs..but he doesn't seem stressed out when I go to collect him so I can't complain!

I have been coming to this location for a few months , generally I am happy with ther staff and services provided.Problem now being the past 2 tines I have come I have had the same rude cashier, no hello, no greeting at all.The customer service has been steadily going down hill. So sad .

They take care a lot of my baby dog. I think is important to knowIf you get the economic package you can upgrade during the time your pet is there but if you decide to change package to something more economic is not possible.Reserve your suit with time most of the time are not available.
