Store is small the stuff is ok once you get their attention . Haven’t ordered so donno about delivery . Small store the prices seems to be reasonable . Modern style the delivery seems to be an issue from the previous reviews . They have a small selection of furniture not sure if I I feel safe enough to order yet . Will write another review if I do . The stuff I wanted is out of stock .

The chairs they sold us broke in less than a year. The manager is refusing to honor their warranty policy for manufacturing defect. I will never buy from this location again and am raising this issue with structube corporate headquarters.UPDATE: Structube corporate headquarters intervened and provided a full refund via gift cards in the amount of the chairs.

Manager Trevor went way out of his way to help me when my furniture arrived missing key screws — he drove personally to another store that had extra screws on-hand, and even tested them on a floor model to ensure they were the right fit. Thank you Trevor!

The customer service was excellent and the product selection was very good. I found it hard to navigate the store in a wheelchair. There's not a lot of floor space.

They no longer deliver beds as they are considered a heavy item". This is very bizarre for a furniture store. They would be the only furniture that I've ever heard of that is unable to deliver beds. This is a general Structube review and not necessarily for this specific store."

I went to this location with the plan of buying a new dining set earlier this week and had to leave not five minutes after arriving because the store was so hot and humid. I started getting dizzy and lightheaded. These conditions are just unacceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I recently purchased a piece of furniture from Structube and while I am happy with the product, I have to say that the customer service was lacking. It took longer than expected to receive my item, and there were some miscommunications with the delivery team that resulted in some frustration. While the quality of the product is good, I was disappointed in the overall experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff at both the Trainyards AND the Nepean stores. I was not rushed at either store. Great prices, wonderful selections and colours. Beautiful, sleek designs!
