Fern's Dog Grooming

I have never felt more shamed by a Dog Groomer in my life. As a single parent every penny counts for us. Today, I was verbally shamed 3 time’s by the owner. I was told repeatedly how bad my dogs were, how much work they were on the phone and two times in her place of business in the span of 2hrs and 45mins. For 10 years it has taken every other groomer 3-4hrs to groom my Pomeranians. Today Fern tried to complete that same service in 2hrs in an effort I’m sure to extort more money.Today she won and charged me double the price. I was warned by several people about how rude she is. Today I share my experience because it’s not acceptable to shame, humiliate or embarrass ANYONE. I will be sure to tell everyone in the town I grew up in, not to support this business.

Fern is amazing! I’m on my second dog with her and she’s always loved my babies like I do. My current dog is very nervous and skittish and fern is so patient and understanding with her. In 15 years her rates have gone up twice and she’s worth every penny! She’s quick and my dogs have always looked show quality.
