literally a nightmare!

A little outdated and dirty hospital but nonetheless there are great staff that work here. Friendly and caring. From the lady at the front door to the lady at étape 1 and the gentleman at étape 2. Also, Dr. Bernard and the nurses were very delicate when handling babies. They were very kind. Un gros merci!

Worst hospital ever waited 4 hours and never got my appointment they took my papers and told me if they don't call me after a month to call them and when I did they lost my papers and couldn't get my eco done

OMG

Probably the worst service ever! It’s too bad we can not rate in the negatives. 45 minutes and counting is the time on hold. The only reason I deal with this joint is because of my daughter’s paediatrician. At this point I’m considering taking an appointment with a veterinarian.

IMPOSSIBLE d’avoir la ligne, c’est toujours occupé. La ligne pour prendre rdv avec la médecine familiale ouvre à 8h30, la majorité du temps jusqu’à 8h45am ça dit que c’est fermé et après ça sonne occupé à l’infini. Et si par chance tu réussis à avoir la ligne, c’est minimum 45 minutes d’attente avant de pouvoir parler à quelqu’un. Impossible d’avoir du service!Le service de pédiatrie en bas offre un excellent par chance! Mais la médecine familiale ça fais VRAIMENT dure.

Et voici le village fantôme d un dimanche pm.. Absolument aucune personne qui s occupe pour les masques et désinfection et aucun personnel pour l acceuil pour nous accueillir et nous aider au besoin... pour les soins ça va ,mais le manque de sécurité et d aide c anormale... je suis retourné le samedi suivant et la situation était la même ..

Had what ended up being a kidney infection, I presented with typical symptoms. I was often interrupted by the triage nurse, not listened to, and not often told where to go next. They kept me in the COVID isolation room because of my 39.4 C fever despite my negative Covid test taken moments prior - that room was very hot and made things worse. We had to fight a little bit to be allowed out. I stayed for several hours where I saw pregnant women in a lot of pain not being triaged very high - that’s not normal. Left, went to the Jewish, they took me seriously, and I was treated within a couple hours there. Go to the Jewish hospital!Extra star for the maintenance staff who was always lovely, polite, and didn’t seem to keep their souls in the depths of HMR’s nightmare vortex.Edit: I almost forgot! We witnessed a security guard berating someone who had some sort of handicap: the first words out of his mouth were “Assoies-toi comme tout le monde!” And then proceeded to tell them that they were being kicked out and that they would only see a nurse, not a doctor. When other staff agreed to let them see a doctor, the security guard continued to escalate the situation and to ignore her concerns. Independently of the aggression this person could have displayed, they don’t deserve to be yelled at and the patients hearing this exchange (all of them) don’t deserve to be made to feel bad for not sitting properly, not being quiet or making requests.

Très mauvaise expérience avec une infirmière (madame J) qui m’a criée après ce matin. Je pensais que c’était une patiente en pyjama car elle était très mal habillée et elle utilisait son téléphone. Elle m’a intimidée et m’a manqué de respect alors que je suis enceinte et que c’est déjà difficile de faire le test de glycémie. Besoin de plus de gentillesse et de délicatesse dans le département svp!
