poor service still filipino time come on guys you need to change that habit pick up on time i hate to say it but you reality check you are in canada not in the philippines anymore

We've used their service since 2017 and all packages were delivered in good condition and at expected time

I Have been using Forex for 6 years and sent about 15 boxes to Antique never anything stolen. Even one time i didn't package one big box properly, and the box split open and nothing was missing from it.Need to package it right to have no problem.I have to edit my review and reduce the service to 3 star due to Forex doing some changes in there tracking and shipping.I was using an agent for Forex out of Red Deer over one year ago and when I was trying to track my Boxes it told me there was no such tracking number in the system I called Calgary and they told me the Agent did not bring it in that is why I can not track it.I did check after 3 weeks again and the same. So I called the Agent and they told me they dropped it off in calgary 4 weeks ago and it left Vancouver. It took 3 more month to arive in Manila and they send it to a new Agent in Iloilo where it was sitting for over one week and they refused to bring it to Antique I had to call and write emails to Calgary before the boxes got moved out.Nothing was missing but some Items went bad due to a 4 month shipping period. I used them one more time in August last year and the same happend again and the Agent in Iloilo refused to answer calls from my inlaws.I did check with friends and it takes only 45 to 60 days for them using other Cargo services and the same shipping fee.I will do the same now!

For all the couriers I used before this is the only one I am comfortable with sending my boxes Back home. I may had a bad pick up agent before but I am still using forex for my boxes. Nice people from customer service and the people from the office. Very approachable and professionals. Giving options and offers promotions too. Good Job!

sent oct 2022,its january now and still waiting for its arrival.update: my parents just received the package today,bit late but package was intacked,so im giving them 3 stars,

The pick up agent grab my box Friday 4:30 PM promising me to txt me a receipt that night or tomorrow because he run out of receipt I put my trust on him coz I'm sending boxes through Forex for 12 years..I message and call him the following day but he did not reply back. I call him once again around 10:30 in the morning and he told me that the office is still close but the truth is the office is open at 9AM he promise me to give the receipt at that night, Around 8:30 in the evening i message him again about the receipt I told him I'm going to report him if he will not give my receipt he reply back at 10:30 PM He was really mad while sending the picture message of my receipt.The people in the Office that I talked on the phone was very cooperative and polite, I ask her kindly to let me know if the Agent drop my Box in forex cargo Calgary office. I received a voice mail telling me that the Box is now in forex cargo Calgary office Sunday at 10:58 AM.Bad Pick Up agent will ruin the good reputation of this company.

My box arrived intact in the Philippines and dropped off at my parents’ house without any problem. Thank you, Forex!

I've been sending cargo/boxes for almost 7 yrs straight '3 boxes yearly from this location/forex.And its always been great experienced. They took care of everything from pick up shipping and deliveries. My mom said they delivered the boxes on time rain or shine, no matter what the weather is. Great staffs' front desk, pick up staff they are all hard workers that handling with care for each boxes. I could give them 10 stars if i could. Great staffs very hard working people. Highly recommended. Cheers!!!
