Great company to deal with. I live in Vancouver and they had a transmission shipped out within a day. Great prices, a whole lot cheaper then something on the coast. Good customer service as well. The trans runs amazing too, no problems.

We have brought our vehicles here for multiple jobs, including a cracked belt, new brakes, leaks and more. It is not often I find a shop where I feel comfortable, but I trust Todd Crane and the staff at NAPC. They came highly recommended in my community, and they have gone above and beyond for us. Todd is personable and honest and we have never had an issue with the quality of work done here.

Bought a transmission from these guys was supposed to have a 2 year 60k warranty, 15k in it started building massive pressure and kicking hard. I called and asked them about warranty, what a joke. I was willing to pay for a new trans and send the faulty one back until they themselves could diognose it. Nope that would be to easy, they wanted me to pull my trans again send it to them on my dime and wait for them to figure out the problem. Yeah because I don’t need my work truck for work.I had 3 printouts that clearly explained the problem. These guys were hoping I’d go away because they knew my truck couldn’t be down as long as they wanted. Garbage rebuild and even worse warranty. Lesson learned.
