I was disappointed with my experience. I had an alternator and new battery put in and the replace battery light kept coming on not long after. I had them test it many times and they ended up replacing the alternator under warranty. This never fixed it. It's still under a year and they told me for another $700 they'll put a better alternator in. I paid over $700 the first time and I just want it fixed properly.

Glendale is an amazing place. Such friendly and skilled people. They are timely/efficient! One time my car wasnt starting at my house and one of their employees drove to my house and fixed my car free of charge! Truly genuine people :)

I was visiting my 83 yr old mother a couple weeks ago and just before arriving in Nelson I ran over a big bolt and had tire problems right away. I managed to drive into Tirecraft Nelson. I was helped immediately and the tire was fixed. Tirecraft was busy that day, but I was made a priority. Thank you very much for the excellent customer service we received. I have recommended Tirecraft Nelson to family members moving to Nelson for their tire needs.

Had a flat tire today and learned that it couldn't be repaired. I asked about a new set and they said that they didn't have the size we needed. A few minutes later they looked into it and found out that they did have tires that fit and we got them for a great price. They got us in right away and everyone was professional, helpful and seemed intent on going that extra mile. Highly recommend this place!

These folks turned a potentially bad experience into a great one. Glendale sold me winter tires in November 2018. i didn't notice that all four tire rims were mildly damaged until spring. They could have easily said too much time had passed, it wasn't their fault, etc. Instead, they installed new rims without question and without charge. This was not inexpensive! Such integrity is rare. I just had my winter tires installed on Tuesday. I'll be giving them my business from now on, and I suggest you do, too!

Manager Bryan With is a first-rate mechanic, knowledgeable, an aggressive worker, and flexible with good communications and PR skills. No wonder there's so many cars piled up outside waiting-for-service. I regard Glendale Tire as the best tire 'n auto service provider in Nelson.
