Would not recommend this company to ANYONE! The employees of Kawneer are very unprofessional, and I can say the same thing about their management. There are a lot of favouritism in this company and if they don’t like you, they will do E trying thy can to get you fired. To this company you’re just a number. There are still people working for this company that regretted their decisions working at this place. Union member and their representatives are a joke and useless. You will never matter to this company. Not to mention, you don’t get paid enough at this place to do hard labour.
