I used this business as an option to resolve issues between my ex and I. Mediation is not for everyone, however the use of it - provided the lawyer is able to keep conversations on track can be very beneficial, from what I've been told. The first session was great I was optimistic about the process and I really felt it could work for us, the second session - not so much. I would not recommend this lawyer if you are dealing with a sensitive matter such as an approaching death of a family member. Barb got the job done relatively quickly but unfortunately we as a family felt as though the process was more complicated than it needed to be and we did not feel supported throughout our time with her. Barb's demeanor towards us was condescending and defensive whenever we had questions about changes that were being made. I believe it is everyone's right when they are accessing services from a lawyer that they feel they understand any wording/changes being made to a document and Barb had the attitude of don't worry about that
