Best parts dept I’ve dealt with in a long time. Vary knowable and definitely go the extra mile to help out. Parts are hard to come by for everything now so to have all the components (being shipped from Ontario, France and somewhere in the states) to repair my front diff on my 20 year old Fendt tractor within the week is outstanding. Lots of other dealers could take notes from these guys on customer service.

If I could rate 0 stars I would, I needed my tractor fixed, I was told to bring it in and they would look at it when they had a chance. I called after a month, still hadn't looked at it, after expressing some frustration, they told me I can take it somewhere else if I wanted. I left it there for another 6 weeks with no results, so after 10 weeks of waiting I decided to call full line ag. in saskatoon. I explained my situation with kmk and they assured me that wouldn't happen there. Picked up my tractor from kmk, was handed the keys with no apologies and hauled to saskatoon. Happy to say it's finally fixed after 3 months of waiting
