Great domain registration and web hosting provider! I've managed 30+ domains for my clients in the past 9 years. Customer support are always responsive and knowledgeable. For example, I was once live chatting with their customer support (his name is Eric. A very friendly guy!) about email setup. He was very patient and walked me through the steps. In addition to live chat, phone, and email supports, they also have many helpful step-by-step tutorials with detail screenshots or videos. Their uptime is great, just like one of the reviewers mentioned. For domain name registration and renewals, their prices are reasonable. I've never had any issues with them for renewing or even transferring away from them in the past. Just making sure you submit the transfer away request before the domain expires. They've never given me any hard time. Overall, I love Doteasy for their great customer support and their reliable and trustworthy business ethic.

Do i have to add a star? Company is very inventive in ways to make customers leave and continue to pay by blocking anything one could imagine. Customers are leaving because of poor service and bad pricing. This the first time i feel so stressed leaving a company like they are going to get me and make me pay of find a way to make it impossible to leave. You deserve that.

Just finished live chatting with Jimmy from their support team. I’m not a tech savvy and I need some help to use their website builder. Jimmy was very friendly and patient. He walked me through the steps on how to reset my website with a different template, upload and insert images into the image gallery, and customize the interactive cards. I have learned pretty much all the essential tools to build my website with their website builder in 30 minutes. Thanks Jimmy so much for your explanation in details. I have used their hosting for years. Their service is always friendly and professional.They do pay attention to every customer and application. I registered two similar domains on purpose. They even contacted me and confirmed that those applications were not made by mistake before processing the transaction. I really appreciate how they cared about their customer and tried to avoid any potential issues before they happened.Highly recommended.
