This was the company that had the best ice cream tiger tail the first to offer turtles ice cream and now do not offer both. For me their chocolates are still good snd ice cream flavors could be better. Staff are at best ok. Better staff would bring it back up but i doubt they will improve.

The lady at the counter is not customer friendly. When we asked for 2 tryouts her face changed and even when asked for a preferred colour waffles her attitude was visibly noticeable as she was noding her head as if that was a free service . .too bad for the place ...

So I walked in there with my two babies asked her for ice cream in a cone, but to give me a cut so I can’t feed them with no issues. I CANT she replied. I said ok, then asked for a spoon she said, I CANT!!! We don’t have any.!!!! I said what do u do if someone got ice-cream in a cup? Oh I only have spoons for them!. And when I went to pay she didn’t put the full ice cream in there, she rolled out another one and put it in. It was exactly three spoons to feed them. !!!!I went to the New York fries and they gave a spoon. I came back and I told her, she had a cup in her hand and she was filling for a customer, I told her they where very generous and gave me a spoon, her reply was I don’t have any spoons.!!!! I told her in front of the customer what r u going to give them!! She said nothing. So this is the worst place u can go to seriously the Custemer service is soooo bad

What a complete and utter waste of money. I went and got two adult single scoop ice cream cones today. My first complaint is the audacity this place has, to charge 9$ with tax, for one scoop each of subpar ice cream with regular cones( not even the fancy waffle ones). You could also tell it was freezer burned by the lumpy texture. My other complaint is that the quantity of ice cream each cone had would barely fill up a tablespoon. I didn’t know Laura Secords ice cream was made of gold. Skip this place and go literally anywhere else where they have ice cream and it’ll be a million times better and better value.

Super nice staff. I was craving hot chocolate so I stopped by their shop and asked if they have hot chocolate or they only serve ice cream. They told me they only sell the hot chocolate powder but then one of them offered to prepare the powder for me in the shop. She went out of her way to accommodate me and it was really nice! The hot chocolate turned pretty good and overall I had a very good experience!

Tremendous service but it was Bayshore.

They have gone way down hill. Customer service Is subpar and the chocolate last a year or two with all the chemicals they use.

This a review of Laura Secord yolk Easter eggs. They have really gone downhill. I contacted the company last year to enquire if they changed the recipe. They said the ingredients were the same, but the way they were manufactured had changed. Bought one again this year but it was still tasteless and the texture is grainy. Wont be bothering to buy any more.
