Edit: They finally responded today and told me they couldn't help me.Been emailing them for the past 2 months. Have yet to receive any communications back. I'm beginning to think this Ministry is just a figment of my imagination

This by far is the worst place to call in for anything. God damn there have been multiple times where I have called in 7 or more times, yet no answer. I wonder what we pay these people for. Waste of tax payers money

They don't accept incoming calls and refuse to engage. Waste of time and office space and tax money. Their job is to ignore and reject you. My advice is to bypass entirely and go directly to the Ombudsmans office for assistance and accountability. They will help. I'd give MTCU a zero star review if I could.

terrible experience. the people answering the phone have zero qualifications and have no idea whats going on or where to direct you, they just get all caught up in their lie and then hang up. do yourself a favour and find a new place.

You have got to be kidding me. What is the point of this place even existing in Ontario?Called in with questions regard out of Province training for my trade and I get an answering machine, which directs me to another telephone number but not before hanging up. You cannot speak with any humans. I'm confused as to what the role of this MTCU even is.

Useless to call them i got 6 different Numbers from 6 different offices and still no answer to my question how are we supposed to know how the system works if people working there don’t even know that

Mark Bertolo ..... Really disrespectful and has no sense of humanity. He hung up the phone in my face while I was talking trying to resolve an issue that was wrong on their behalf. Learn some respect Mark Bertolo and find a better job for yourself that you can actually do well at.

Their phone system is absolute TRASH! I have yet been able to get in contact with their customer service representatives because the lines keep disconnecting. If i could give zero stars, I would! They don't even deserve 1!!!!

Office wasn't bad until my latest consultant. Dealing with Isaac-Wakgira Fekerte has been a nightmare for both me and my employer which is unfortunate with how badly the industry needs skilled trades people. Near impossible to reach directly and when I am able to connect she was very abrupt and condescending. There are some good consultants here but out of the past 4 I've had during my apprenticeship this has been the worst experience by far.
